*MTO Information

MTO system is available for Registration, Sales, Use and Withholding (SUW) tax years 2015 and beyond. MTO provides taxpayers with free and secure 24/7 online access to their Treasury business accounts.

Advantages of using MTO: Electronically register for business taxes; Single Sign On(One username and password to enter the MTO site, File a return, and make a payment); Electronically file and pay SUW taxes; View and print correspondence issued by the Department of Treasury; Review and update business account information; Self-deligation of specific functions to perform on behalf of the business.
FORMS SEARCH
Some SUW forms are required to be submitted electronically through MTO or e-filed. These MTO designated forms will be specifically identified in the search results column but no form link will be available.

Note: Your registration information and other forms submitted through MTO will be processed much faster than if paper filed.
